These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you. Please read these terms carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time by posting a new version on our website. The terms posted at the time you place your order will govern that purchase.

2. Placing an order

2.1 How to order. Orders are placed through our website. Please check your order details carefully (products, sizes, shipping address) before completing checkout.

2.2 Acceptance of your order. Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we email you to confirm dispatch of your product(s). At that point, a binding contract is formed.

2.3 Restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must also be authorized to use the payment method you provide.


 

3. Our rights to cancel

3.1 If we cannot fulfill your order. If an item is out of stock, mispriced, or cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you and not charge you.

3.2 Unusual activity. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or intended for resale. If you believe we made a mistake, contact support@irareactivewear.com.

3.3 Suspension. We may suspend supply temporarily to deal with technical problems, updates, or changes in law.


 

4. Our products

4.1 What we sell. We provide activewear and accessories.

4.2 Product descriptions. Images and colors shown online are illustrative only. We cannot guarantee your device displays colors exactly.


 

5. Delivery

5.1 Where we ship. We currently ship to most countries, with some exceptions. See our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Delivery costs. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5.3 Customs and duties. You are responsible for any customs or import fees outside the U.S.

5.4 Timings. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen. See Shipping Policy.

5.5 Delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues, weather). If a substantial delay occurs, you may cancel for a refund.

5.6 Missed delivery. If you are not available at delivery, the courier will notify you about how to rearrange.


 

6. Your rights to end the contract

6.1 Your rights. You may end your contract with us if we fail to deliver as promised, if products are faulty, or if you change your mind within our return window.

6.2 Faulty or misdescribed goods. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if items are defective or not as described.

6.3 Change of mind. We offer a 30-day return window (instead of the standard 14 days). See our Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and not excluded from return (e.g. underwear, opened bottles/shakers, customized products).


 

7. Returns and refunds

7.1 How to return. To return a product, follow the instructions in our Refund Policy or email returns@irareactivewear.com with your order number and details.

7.2 Refunds. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Delivery fees may not be refunded unless the item is faulty.


 

8. Our rights to end the contract

8.1 We may cancel your order if you fail to provide necessary information (e.g. delivery address) or refuse delivery.

8.2 We will refund any payments made for undelivered products.


 

9. Price and payment

9.1 Prices. Prices are shown on our website at checkout (exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated).

9.2 Taxes. If tax rates change after your order, we will adjust accordingly unless you have already paid in full.

9.3 Payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Charges are made when products are dispatched.

9.4 Errors. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized, we may cancel the order and refund you.


 

10. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only as stated in the promotion. They:

  • Apply only within the time period specified.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Cannot be applied to delivery charges.

  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value.

11. Our responsibility for loss or damage

11.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or negligence.

11.2 We do not limit liability for death, injury, fraud, or your legal rights regarding defective products.

11.3 We are not liable for business losses; our products are for consumer use only.


 

12. Personal information

We will use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.


 

13. Other important terms

13.1 Transfer. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organization. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

13.2 Third-party rights. No one else has rights under this contract.

13.3 Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Please check before ordering.

13.4 Severability. If part of this contract is found unlawful, the rest remains in effect.

13.5 Enforcement. Even if we delay enforcing these terms, we can enforce them later.

13.6 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
